Sometimes when I am craving sweets in the afternoon or late evening, this desert is among my favourites to make.
- 1 frozen banana, sliced
- 2 medjool dates, pitted
- 2 tbsp raw almond butter
- 2 tbsp raw cacao powder
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 cup coconut milk (you can substitute almond or soy)
Toss all ingredients in a blender and blend on High until smooth – it’s that easy! And so refreshing!
