- 1 Tea bag chamomile tea
- 1/2 Tsp turmeric
- 1/2 Tsp ginger (grated)
- 1 Tsp lemon juice (or juice from half a lemon)
- 1 Tsp fresh mint leaves
- 1 Tsp honey, (other options: maple syrup, molasses or stevia)
- Steep chamomile tea bag in hot water for 2-3 minutes.
- Stir in fresh grated ginger, turmeric and lemon juice.
- Add fresh mint leaves and honey.
